Does anybody know if the Apexi GT downpipe takes out the catalytic converter? I've read it does and read it doesn't. I know somebody on this forum has to have one.

You can go either way on about all of them. I have the megan racing DP and the guys that welded on the test pipe and cat back said they could very well put in a high flow cat.

Yes, but most bolt up Aftermarket down pipes will delete the cat and bolt right to the cat back

Stillen , Thermal, and one other company delete the cat, I guess I should have said the ones I've used in the past have.

Well I was looking for them and some descriptions say it deletes the cat and other say it doesn't. I was pretty sure most of them do take out the cat but you never know. It never hurts to ask I guess. Thanks for the input guys.
