Simple.
Unplug battery, remove steering wheel, remove clockspring, install new hub, install new steering wheel, reconnect battery.
You will need a steering wheel puller so you don't damage the spline the hub connects to. If you can't figure where where the screws are, refer to the Service Manual (see sticky above this section) for refence.
Before you do anything, check with your local/state laws. Most likely removing the airbag safety system and installing that steering wheel on a street driven car is against the law, won't pass inspection, and will be a class 2 misdemeanor.
