I assume it works just like any other car. At least mine does (ES CVT).

1. Turn it on, you'll see a green light appear on your dash (I always keep it on).
2. Press set to set the wanted speed (they should have added another light on the dash to let you know when it is active).
3. Press resume to increase the speed or press set to decrease it.
4. Press cancel or use the brake to deactivate cruise control. To resume press resume.
5. Press ON/OFF to turn it on or off.

Nothing different than other cars.

From a guy that lives in Singapore, it's a lot better than some of the Americans I know. OMG LIEK UR INGLSH IZ TEH SUX!!!!!11!!1ONE!!111!!!!ELEVEN!

Anywho...

Directions to Activate Cruise Control:
1) Press the ON/OFF button. A green CRUISE light will show up on the dashboard.
2) Drive to the speed you would like to remain constant at (EX: 60MPH/100KMH)
3) Release the accelerator and press the SET/COAST button. The car will now maintain a steady speed.

If you press the accelerator, brakes, or the cancel button, the cruise control will cancel and you will have to press the SET/COAST button again to resume cruise control. If you hold down the ACC/RES button, the car will slowly begin to accelerate and increase speed until you release it. Once you release it, the car will cruise and maintain that speed.

For the Manual,

I turn it on with the cruise button and then push the lower of the two vertical buttons to lock it at what speed. ( obviously you're in 5th by now )

I can speed up with the gas and release the gas as the car gets back to the locked speed it will stay there, it will not turn off unless i hit the break or turn cruise off.

Use the two vert buttons to increase or decrease your cruise speed 1 mph per push of the button.

If you hit the breaks it will not stay at the speed obviously, but if the cruise light is still on you can rehit the button and it will speed up to the last locked speed you set.

At least mine does :)

Putting the clutch in turns the cruise off.

As mentioned above those are all the the factors to cruise control and i love it.
