I have a 98 eclipse gs with a 420a that i want to rebuild. I was wondering what a good rebuild kit is for around $400. I'm not interested in getting huge performance from this car, but would be happy to get a good running engine with the stock 140hp.

an OEM kit should run you around 400-450 USD

well after a quick search all i could find was an eagle perfomance rebuild kit but it is 580 USD. I am sure there are OEM kits out there but I didnt have time to do a thorough search. here is a link to the Performance kit tho.
