so... i purchased an 06' Lancer Ralliart... love it.... only problem is that it is an automatic... now i know very little about transmissions.... i was wondering how hard, and what i would need to do in order to complete this upgrade... i will have some help mechanic wise... so yeah thanks

It will be easiest if you have access to a donor car. Your local junkyard would be your best bet. You're going to need some of the following but not limited to...a manual transmission, clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder, hydraulic lines, clutch master cylinder, hydraulic reservoir, clutch pedal, clutch pedal sensors and plugs, brake and gas pedals, manual transmission ECU, shift linkage, shift boot, shift knob, transmission mounts, etc...

It's going to be quite a job. Most peoples advice...trade cars, not transmissions.

yup. yea, don't forget the shift knob. u may have to change the center console too. the gauge cluster might stil have the P-R-D-1-2 deal on it.
