is the turbo side that bolts up to the exhaust manifold different from a first gen and a second gen. i have been looking for a turbo for my 420a manifold and i thought the second gen turbos would line up but they dont. the original turbo i have is a stock turbo off of a gst and it lines up with my manifold. i dont knowwhat year it came from. when the turbo is horizontal with the engine the 4 bolt flange that bolts to the manifold is also horizontal. all the 2nd gens i have seen have the 4 bolt flange vertical when the turbo is horizontal. sorry i am trying to make this make as much sense as possible.
