uhh you should have a wire running across your exhaust manifold find the connection on the end of it and plug it in to each one til you find the one that works, but first you need to wire your power to your ignition or and power line.

I powered the red wire off my air fuel gauge WITH the red wire off my boost gauge and spliced them together. I was trying to do this as clean as possible. Both my gauges are the cheap blue led glow shift stuff. I tryed to tap into the 4 wires that run across my mani, and nothing worked right. Its suppose to bounce back and forth. All I got was either it slammed at the last green bar and not moving, or all the red and yellow lite up not moving. I tryed also to give just a Little bit og gas to see if I had to let her get some readings and sync with the gauge but nothing.

I have a White wire
A blue wire
and 2 Black wires

Which one works for your 1g guys

Well I just bought the car, so im just getting it all up to par. Maybe I will need to replace the whoe o2 sensor. How would i know if my o2 sensor is bad? Car does have its hiccups while driving, and it DID shut down on me going 65 mph the other day and 2 times while in Toco bell drive through. The guy that owned it before me, had put on one of those chrome looking after market intakes and leaned it against the sensor coming off the collant housing. Now that is almost broke off, and he just used red RTV sealant for a valve cover gasket. Im telling you I brought this car back from the dead with replacing everything new. Im just trying to get the ir fuel gauge to work now instead of just chillin in a pod if you get my drift. Also my boost gauge was bought cuz I was wanting a turbo dsm, but came across this 4g63 NA for $425 so chouldnt pass. Can I still use the boost gauge as just a Vac somehow??????

why would I replace the head gasket my friend? I just dont want to get into another dsm timing issue. My 95 tsi I had and my 92 rs turbo laser, were both down due to timing issues once installed new belt.

EMC----- could you show me or tell me where to hook up the boost controller? Im sure its super simple and I feel like a total ricer for this. I just dont want to throw it into a box somewhere because I had it.

newbygsx1----- do you know what wire to tap into the 1g o2 to get the lights to come on like its suppose to? any help would be awsome.

also guys Im trying to figure out where to run my power to. If I go to the battery, then my blue led background is ALWAYS on consant power. Should I just pull the wire back into the car and run it to maybe my radio fuse? My car is already getto, with my ignition wired to my fog light button lol. I bought it like that
