I own an '07 Spyder GS and am trying to find a locking gas cap for it. Looked in the Stant catalog and nothing listed. I checked with my local Mitsubishi dealer and he said they don't even list one as being available. Then I called my local Advance Auto and AutoZone and either they don't list one or their vendor is out of stock and won't have anymore.

I was told that the car may have some type of anti-siphon device built into the tank/filler neck, but haven't been able to find any info on that. With the price of gas I think ALL cars should have them from the factory or at least offer them aftermarket for everything on the road. Thanks for any info. Later!

if you just are looking for a lockable gas cap you can try auto zone they had a bunch last time i checked. they also make it so you have to lock the door that leads to your gas cap but thats something you would have to install and i dont think its really universal since its round and our area is more oval.

get a length of clean hose about 6ft long and stick it down your filler neck. If it only goes so far then there is a screen at the bottom. If you can get it almost all the way in the filler tube then there inst.
