If it is fixed you can either go to an autopart store with a scanner and they can reset it or just disconnect your battery for a minute and reconnect.

the first half of the 95's were obd1.5 kind of like a little different than the obd1 but not obd2 it is still called obd1 but not same exact.

its odbII, the code reader says unsuccessfull when I try to clear the codes. Ill try disconnecting the battery.

I am pulling a code for high voltage on the MAP but i know why and I fixed it. The scanner computer just will not let me reset it.

Sometimes when you fix a problem you have to put the car through a drive cycle before the engine will reset.
