duraflex is just a mixture of fiberglass and flex resin. it allows more flexibility for those people buying body kits that tend to run into curbs and stuff like that.
eyelids are pretty easy to make if you just want to make your own. either go buy some carbon fiber strip sticker from autozone and cut out and make your own cost you about 10 bucks (if you want the carbon fiber look, like the ones they sell on e-bay for 100 bucks)
you can also have something paint match from your car at a local hardware store and paint on eyelids. use some window tint for the area you want as eyelids. cut the tint out then mold it to your light. pre prep the surface with a high grain wet sand paper so the paint will stick to it, then primer, paint, and clear coat the tint film. paint cost 9-13 bucks window tint cost 15-20.
also you can buy some solid color plexiglass plates and form them to your head lights, then cut out the eyelids you want, and bolt them down to your car. cost about 35 bucks
its really up to you about it. if none of these suggestions entice you, then take your car to a shop and have them make eyelids for you. i believe window tint shops can make eyelids for your car as long as they aren't actually affecting the visibility i don't think it lies under the head light visibility laws. you might want to call up a few tinting shops and ask them for their prices.
