 2002 Lancer Braking Idle Problem, need help

Hi, I have a problem with my idle. Whenever i stop my brake pedal seems to shake/pulse like it has a pressure problem. I just installed a cold air intake and i have my spark plugs changed. The shaking only started after I installed the intake. Please Help. Thanks in advance.
