If you had the money and patience it took to make your ralliart fast and reliable, you'd just get an Evo. You probably don't want to hear this, but the ralliart is slow, and not built to handle boost. Sure, 5-6 psi maybe, but what's that going to do for you? That's like getting ready to nut, and then being shut down. If you turbo it, you'll always want more. A turbo'd RA at 5-6 psi and you still won't be able to keep up with a integra gsr. My suggestion, avoid headaches, and heartbreak. Save yourself some cash and get an Evo.

Rob is right. You are going to spend just as much money fixing up your lancer as you would buying a stock evo! But....If you really like your ralliart then keep it! Hold your hopes up and just fix it up. I dont know alot about the lancers. My friend had a O.Z. Rally Edition and it was pretty slow. but it was very nice! Save up your money and fix up the lancer.....you get lower compression pistons and rods and you can go past 5-6psi. If you want more keep modding. There are no limits as long as you have money. Just save....

ROB just $hit in my lucky charms. thanx rob. but yea, fuck engine swaps, too costly and time consuming. if ur gonna keeep the RA and fix it up skip the BS and turbo it.
