i have read in some magazines that these pulse star plugs actually do give a little hp gain. "not the advertisement either" so i was wondering if they r worth the buy. any imput would be great cause i know a little about cars and my friend knows less and he is going to buy them.

also is the book "Bosch fuel injection and engine management" worth buying? another thing in a mag.

thankyou for every bit of input in advance.

if you want good plugs for racing buy the NGK racing plugs. if you want long lasting buy the NGK iridium plugs good past 100,000 miles.

do not buy anything Bosch, you have a Mitsubishi, not a VW, Volvo, Saab, or Porsche. (Bosch band of choice for these cars) if the book is generalized, check online for free references first, then decide.

You need to stop reading magazines...

That's like watching the news and assuming your up to date on current events and know all the facts.
