Is there a check engine light? The vibration can be to bad engine supports

Its because of teh airbag module for the driver air bag. But the rubber engine supports could be bad . That can be the most cause of the vibration.

Expert Group: Moderator Posts: 988 Joined: 31-October 04 Member No.: 2,513 Status: Location: Alexandra, New Zealand Drives: 1997 Pajero GDI	With diesels I've found that a rough idle is sometimes reltaed to partailly blocked injectors. You could go through the expense on pulling the injectors and getting cleaned and calibrated but I would try running some injector cleaner in the tank first. Poor fuel quality and low temps sometimes cause deposits to form which the cleaner should improve. Worth a try. On another note I take it you have gone over all the basics like air cleaner, fuel filter, oil,etc? Jim
