whoa, you don't need 1000cc injectors EVER for a 16g. 750cc is almost overkill. sell them for $280 or so.

you should be able to get around OEM mileage unless you have a heavy foot

Even the link probably won't let him pull enough fuel without an aftermarket FPR to lower his fuel pressure.

Swap them out for some 660's, get yourself an afpr, a wideband, and at least a fuel controller.

get a SPECIFIC list of what the guy did before you. he has to have done something to control injectors that big if the car runs fine. it might also have larger cams in it causing the rough idle. you need to know what is under the hood before you start messing with his settings.

sorry it took so long to reply. i am runnin 40psi for fuel, and 25 for boost. would i be able to turn my fuel down and get better gas mileage or do the injectors have to have a certain amount of pressure to work? and how much boost can a stock 4g63 motor handle?

The question thats been asked a million times... 25-30 safely. Some ppl like to push it and risk their engine over 30 psi.

You need smaller injectors. Period.

changing them out is super easy. Seriously just look at the injectors and the tools you will need to do the job. Its all basic tools and will only take you a hour (seens how you dont know what your doing). If you pay someone to do this, you really do have money to burn. I would say do it yourself, then take the money you would have invested in a shop, and Swap them out for some 660's, get yourself an afpr, a wideband, and at least a fuel controller.

you can lower the fuel pressure to 38psi, it will help a little bit but you also need to adjust the settings on what ever tuning device you have to compensate at boost

p.s. if you change them out, would you be selling the old ones?
