Sounds like you may have spark blow out. Check the spark plugs and make sure you don't have crappy Bosch Platinums in there. They should be NGK or Denso's. If they look worn out or fouled out, get them replaced. If you are truely boosting 14 psi (via aftermarket gauge, not via crappy stock gauge) you should have the plugs gapped to .032"
As for 1st and 2nd gear being gone. Are you saying you can not shift into 1st or 2nd with the car running? If not, does it make a grinding noise or does it just block you out?

Sounds like a broken shift fork to me. I believe you can get replacements at supercarengineering.com I believe they make a billet set of forks. Kinda pricey, but if you are going to be racing the car a lot you might want to make the investment.

But the shimmy is confusing because when ever you accelerate the car starts shimmying but its only when the turbos are putting out lots of boost.

Buy an autometer boost gauge to find out what boost you are really running. If you are running anything higher then stock you should gap the plugs down to .032" If you are running stock boost .038" is what the factory calls for. It doesn't hurt to gap them down to be safe, but watch how much boost you are running. Too much and you will cause engine damage. Try replacing the plugs with some new ones at the same time. Also, get a pressure tester to check for leaks in your IC piping.
