You need to figure out what trim your vehicle is. RS, GS, GS-T, GSX. Yes, 2g means 95-99 but doesn't tell you whether or not it is a turbo model.

its a 2g tho, so to answer his question you cna ask a simple question. is it turbo? if yes it is 4g63 if no then its not 4g63 (unless someone put an aftermarket turbo ont he 420a but i doubt it) besides there should be a plate on the firewall that says what motor you have. Or you cna tell by simply looking at the motor.

if you cant figure out your trim, which side are your cam gears on... driver or passenger side. passenger would be a 420a dirvers would be 4g63 or in case its gs spyder 4g64.
