I haven't seen anyone mention this yet but I was looking at the Mitsubishi website last night and under the lancer accosories is a chrome insert for the lower grill. I don't know if I just haven't noticed it there before but I think it's new. Anyone got a pic?

Sounds new to me.

*goes picture hunting*

OK, so Mitsu's site doesn't have a picture, but chances are it's just a chrome lining around the grill like the upper grill.

What the heck is with the touring package?!? WHY CAN'T I HAVE THAT?!?

Yea, I figured it was just a chrome insert to match the top, it would probable look a bit better then the chrome tape that other people on the board have been using. I just want to see it before I go paying 150 or what ever marked up price mitsu is selling it at.

that actually looks pretty good. It's a nice alternative to blacking out the bumper. I'll wait for the ralliart to come out and if the bumper from that doesn't fit I will probably get this.

Is that car laughing at me? I'm on the fence with that lancer pic, dont know if I like that or not, guess i'll have to see it in person. Still 150 from the dealer just for a plastic insert with some chrome is gonna hurt, here's to hoping for after market.

I'll probably buy one of these.
It is a bit pricey, but (to me) it beats the black-out fake EVO look that EVERYONE is doing.

You realize it's just the bottom grill insert... and that's it. You could buy the chrome trim for like 7 bucks and do it yourself.

I mentioned those OEM chrome parts before and actually found a guy on ebay who would ship over lower grill frame, lower grill instert, higher grill insert (not those cheap mesh but a OEM one) from Japan for around $500, kind of to much for me right now. But I love the way it would look on my BlackGTS ;]
