Hi All,
Can someone perhaps shed some light. Recently i went on a 4x4 trip and one of the indicator light on the dash went out. I have not lost any 4wd gears. All the other functions like diff lock etc show up correct on the lights. Only normal driving where there should be 4 lights on only 3 light up.
Thanks

Hi,

I had a similar problem recently and the mechanic replaced the burned 'faulty' bulb in the dash for me. It was as simple as that. Now my 'Drive' bulb indicator is out. I gues I will have to replace this one as well. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot.
At least it does not sound like a mechanical problem. Is it a big job removing the dash panel to get to the bulbs? If you can suggest any way of removing it (without wrecking it) I am going to attempt it over the week-end and will let you know how it went.

It is not a big job but I am not too confident playing in this dash just yet. You can try if you like but I prefer my mechanic to handle these issues in the dash.

If you chose to try it, let me know how it went.
