And, how do i increase my pulley tension? I not so sure about your model of car, but to increase the tension for standard there is few difference way. 1) you can check at you alternator whether there is a adjustable bolt, if yes, loss the lock nut than tighten the tension bolt. (but remember not over tighten) than tighten back the lock nut. start your engine n ram it, if the sound still exsit, repeat to increase more tension again, othewise you are done 2) If you can see any pulley in between clamp shafft pulley and the altehnator, apply the same mathod loss the lock nut at the adjustable bolt, tighten the bolt and lock back the nut. 3) if you can see any puse bearing in between the shaff and althenator, loss the lock nut, tighten the adjustable bolt puse the bearing increase the tension and lock back the nut. 4) without any pulley in between. loss all bolt and nuts at the alternator and use a wrange to force wider the althernator away for the engine than tighten back the bolt and nuts before release the wrange. 5) take some picture n send it to me. i will reply u after viewing it. remember, all bolt or nut surround at alternator, and belt
