Marc,
Those must be diesel specific lights. We have nothing like that (lights or diesel engines ;) ) in US.
Rollme, you might want to post a bit more details, you might be surprised ;).
Also, where in US are you?

After I wrote my original post, another problem has cropped up. This one is not engine related. The electric door locks are acting up. When you try to unlock the doors the locks go right back to the locked position. Any suggestions?
AFA the original problem is concerned here is the story. I had a number of items fixed, trans, brakes,
timing belt, etc. and everything was ok, until one day the car would not start. Took it back to the independent repair shop and they determined the dist. was bad. A rebuilt dist. was installed, but then we got the "check engine" light. Back to the shop and the code comes back as the cam position sensor. That sensor is in the dist., so a second dist. is installed. Same thing. A third dist. (our original rebuilt) is installed. No change. Shop owner says it's got to be the ECU.
So I had the ECU rebuilt. No change. Next up, take it to the dealer. One week with them and they come up with nothing. In fact the car does not exhibit the problems that made us send it in. Those symptoms were, high idle speed (1900 rpm) at start up, fluctuating RPM after warm up, and the engine dying when coming to a stop. In the week that we've had it back, only the engine dying problem persists, and it happens only right after starting out in the morning, as if it clears itself the more the car is driven. The dealer told me that along with the cam sensor code, two other codes also were flagged. I don't have them in front of me, but the service grunt did mention that one had to do with some part of the idle system. He also used the term "recreate" referring to them not being able to recreate the symptoms consistently.
I have the EvoScan software and cable, but have yet to get it up and running on a system to plug it in and check it out. Yesterday, I reseated some of the fusable links and fuses, and checked and cleaned a couple of connectors.
