I know your turbo setup runs to the drivers side. I have a friend who has a stock mani and turbo and whatnot off his evo 9. I want to turbo my 4g63 NA. Anyway I can get his setup to work for my 92 eclipse? Just asking guys not trying to be funny or stupid. He said it was interal WG for 10 or 12 psi so I should be ok with that.

The mani won't fit. I know some guys that are actually using the turbo on a 1g/2g, but it's more trouble than it's worth.
