Hi, I have a Pajero Pinin 2.0 (2001) Automatic. I never had any problems since about 2 months ago when a knocking noise started when driving slowly or in reverse. This starts after a few minutes once the car is warm and stops, when you go over about 20 mph or change to 4 wheel drive. I can also feel a vibration on my foot. I had it in the Mitsubishi garage and they just can't find anything and said that they have to take all apart and replace the shaft, gear, sleeve freewheel etc. And then hopefully it will stop. Or the other solution he had was to sell it as long as it still drives. I do like my car and would like to keep it, but can't spend a fortune in replacing everyting until they can find what is wrong. Has anyone got any suggestions or has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks a lot!
