Is it beneficial to us guys with n/a motors also? because either way you need to let your engine cool down a lil bit after a night out driving you know what i mean?

the turbo timer doesn't affect the cooling the engine it allows the turbo to cool after hard running. it doesn't need to be used if the car was only driven "normally"
