LOL...I have the OZ Rally's optional chrome tip...and since my car was rear-ended before I got it, the exhaust sits JUST wrong...causing the tip to be apparently close enough to burn my bumper a little. Its not that bad, and a touch of paint and some cleaning will hide it, but its still there... I'll post a picture sometime if you really wanna see what I mean.

I had an evo kit on mine, but like I said it was cheaper than fixing the bumper and fender. I chose that one because it was the least stupid looking kit. then I molded it together. I like the stock parts more but I wasn't going to fork out that much money on body parts/headlights. so I went aftermarket. I did buy acculade kit so it wasn't that cheap.

On the catback subject. They have silencers for your muffler. I like the loudness though. and the deep note in the sound. I'd hardley think you would sound like a hemi. You would sound like a mitsubishi. not like the honda mouse farting through a loudspeaker. mitsubishis sound quite nice imo. Both my ecipses, and my lancer had loud exausts. If you want to make any kind of power your car won't be quite.

I like the deep tones as well, but at the same time, I have this odd enjoyment of hearing a highpitched whine from stock airbox to stock exhaust...but I want the power...

I'll probably drop a silencer just so that I'm only really heard at WOT or when revving.

I used to ride with my silencer every now and then, but now I don't even bother. Unless I know there are going to be cops out, then I'll put the silencer in. But if you don't mind dishing out close to $600 for an exhaust, I would go with the full Magnaflow exhaust kit. Comes with header back. And I think the tip is only 3.5". Not sure though. I have been looking at getting that one eventually, just because Magnaflow is ba.

I have a full exhaust from the head all the way back. The catback is custom 2 1/4 with a straight through 3.5 muffler. Sound is extremely loud. I can hear my car from about over 1/4 mile away. I have a camera phone vid if yall want to see.

Edit: Here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcG65i3uj1E

this is somewhat on your topic so i decided to ask (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Is a 2.25 piping to big for the stock 2.0 or is that jusssst riiiiiight for good power and back pressure? I figure it only cost me 20 dollars to get the piece bent and 40 to put it in, thus, its better than buying a magnaflow or somthin, right?
Also, I dont know if that will do much if I dont change out the headers, the cat, and computer, whats your input?

It's just right for the 2.0 if you're n/a. You will feel a difference, just not as much as if you had a full exhaust.
