I was checking on thier site and found some mud flaps for the 08 Lancer GTS... They look alright but dont know how much I like the look of them, they look real cheap and flimsy... what does everyone else think.... I guess if it helps from my paint ever chipping than I may try it.

The only other option would be to get the 3M clear protectant on my car around that area and the front end.

What does eveyone think, 3M stuff or get these mud flaps????

I have the 3M on my car, I mean it is harder to wash, need to make sure that you wipe where the "seam" is after washing it otherwise you can see the end of the "sticker". Some people have told me it looks like it is scratched if you look at it at an angle when the car is dirty.

I also have the mud flaps on the back of my car from Mitsubishi. I don't know if they work or not, but I am sure the 3M and the flaps make a good pair.

I havn't had any problems without the front mudflaps yet.. we will see.

The big thing with these flaps is they are desgined for the frant and rear wheels for the GTS. Mitsubishi only offers them for the rears on the GTS models.

Well, I decided to bite the bullet..... and just ordered a set of these.

I only do a small bit of regular highway driving, but I do go a few long vacation drives each year. And I've seen some of those horrific photos of the chipped paint.

Not a huge fan of these flat panel flaps, but I think they look ok. Wish I could get the molded ones for both the front and the back. **** side skirts.

Hopefully these will be worth it. I'll post pics and info, once I get them installed.
