ok, so ill try to flame you and go easy at the same time that way none else tears you a new one and you completely ignore it, but i still do my job so here goes.....
search, this has been discused before, but since they are sometimes hard to find i'd go with the correct info next. you'd be running a DOHC twin turbo which is 300HP and 307tq in the 90-93 and 320HP and a slightly higher torque rating in the 94-99 models (mostly due to a boost restrictor)
so here's what your going to hear from everyone else. 1. the cost to advantage isn't worth it 2. a cold air intake is about as usefull as a poopy flavored lollypop on a N/A car 3. its cheaper to just buy a VR4 4. if you can't do it yourself (judging by the post you can't) it will cost you over 10 grand to do it 5. if you just got a car and already aren't happy with it, get a new car 6. a 3g eclipse will never be fast (i say never as in i'll never win the lottery, but hey it could happen, but i'll waist more money trying to win then i will in winning, get the point?)
