so does anyone know what this is? bceause i need a new one and i dont know what you call it.

I have it out and the idle is at 1100 RPM and when i put it in it goes up to 2000 or 2500 RPM, Do i even need it?

1g non turbo talon, it its right by the throttle body.

it looks like there is a part number on the top of it in that groove. take it to a dealer and show them the part number. they should be able to match it up.

or, take a pic of where you got it if you can

it came out of the hole in the middle of the pic.... that metal pin on the end of the thingy pushes down the trottle cable to make it idle higher and then retracts to make it lower idle

my engine is idleing at 2,300 RPMs. Isnt that high??

how do you adjust the idle, or can i just leave this out?? or what because the connector on the top of it broke off so i dont know how im going to connect the wire back up to it.

you need a new one, unless the reason it is bad is because the connector broke.

can you solder? if not strip the wire and then wrap it around atleast 2 full times where it connected. then black tape it on securely. this is the cheap fix. solder and a new connector is the permanent fix
