Well, in some other countries manufacturers actually ship GNC ready vehicles and there is a big GNC distribution chain.
I've seen GNC powered Civics, and Ford Contours here, but they were fleet cars (govmt and what not), so I'm guessing the distribution chain is limited to the govmt.

I'm sure it will, if it's the only only thing they measure is Carbon emissions. GNC is much cleaner than regular gas. I think it is actually the cleaner of fossil fuels!
Now, they could get annoying because of the fuel system modifications...
