Don't remember if I heard it somewhere or if I dreamt it, but I vaguely recall something about a squealing when the AC compressor is low on stuff. The... **** it can't remember what it's called... but that **** that runs through out is supposed to lubricate it too.

Try removing the belt from it and rotating it with your hands...

NOTE: Thanks alot man... now I am going to go insane for not being able to remember that dagnabbin' word...

Hope this helps though...

r134a is the later used refrigerant. I can't remember the name of the older kind but I upgraded my AC on my 1g from that older one to r134a. Chances are EMC's older 3kgt doesn't have r134a but the older kind.

Well I'm taking the belt off the AC and alternator tonight so if one of those is the case I'll know.

I don't know about you, but I can't afford to do "shotgun mechanics". I would get a stethascope, start the car, and do some sound checks. Try and figure out where the sound is coming from by using the stethascope aganst every single moving part (alternator, pulleys, tensioners, water pump, A/C pump, anything with a bearing etc.) and even though it sounds stupid, parts of the frame, and other structral and non-structural components (they can help lead you to the actual issue).
If you don't have a stethascope you can take a long screwdriver, or even a 3/8 or 1/2 long extension and and use that. Hold it against the part you want to listen to, and hold the other end to your temple close to your ear, or actually put it in your ear (I know it sounds like back yard mechanics, but it does work, techs use it in the shop all the time). Long story short, I used this method to find out that an alternator was going bad, AFTER we had replaced all kinds of other stuff.
I LOVE problems like this, and really wish I was there to give you a hand, if that means anything.
I know I have NO rep at all here, but I do know a few "old school" diag tricks, that do really work.
Oh yeah.... The refirgant that is most likely in your 3kGT is R12. I seriously doubt that is the problem though, unless it is a bearing that is going out on your A/C pump. All A/C refrigerant has the lubricant allready included (unless it is some some sort of wierd refrigerant, don't ask). If you are worried about the lubricant being low on your A/C system, check to see if you still have pressure in your A/C system. If there is a leak in your A/C, pressure will be reduced, but even thinking about that, your lubricant shouldn't be decreased, just because of a small leak.
I would suggest trying some of that stuff. If all else fails, take it to your local mechanic, and have them diagnose the issue.
I hope that helps a bit, and seriously wish you the best of luck!

Its not the alternator or the AC. noise was still there after I removed the belt.

I have to fix my oil leak before I start the car again. Good thing I bought SS line, just need to get a fitting now. Probably won't touch the car till next week.

I'm comparing my logs and will post in a bit. But I will not be starting the car until I fix the oil leak.

I am idling at 2100 RPMs... which is about 3 times what it should be.

Also My throttle position is at 12.5% across the board. I'm not touching the throttle at all. Makes no sense to me.

I forgot to look at my wideband. But the other night with nothing changed at all it was 14.6 - 14.8

my 02 sensor peaks at .72 on start up and once I fall from the 2700 RPM start up to the 2100 RPM idle It settles to .37 and moves its way down to .17 where it falls a .01 every three to four seconds

timing advance is 27degrees

Through out the whole thing I get one instance of 1 count a 2 count and then another 1 count and then nothing for the rest of the log. This goes on for 5 seconds.

I only ran the car for 14 seconds as the oil leak really hinders this.

Mil...... because I don't check all 8 topics I've started around the internet. :P

Pwee. I left the engine in the car. All I did was remove the axle so I could get the turbo up the rear.... Yeah I just said that.
