hey everyone i am a proud new owner of a 09 gts. i got it for 21000 fully loaded! i've got one question though, i was trying to find best buy yesterday using my navi, and it won't let me type in best buy. i finally found the best buy and looked on my nav, it didnt show up!! i tried circuit city, nothing. it doesn't have any major company in it... is there something wrongwith my nav

Mitsubishi has an update cd for $113 I think but it still is only updated to 2007.

Check the map version. It should be in the Info page on the navi.

You can also access the information from the Hidden Menu (Hold SET + NAVI for 5 seconds).

As far as I know....the latest version of the map is 2006!


Sux I know...but they aren't supposed to have updates until maybe every Decemberrrrrrr :frozen: At least that's what the dealership told me.



As far as finding thing....the Nav unit is USELESS! If it wasn'f ro the extra features you get with the nav....I wouldn't have bothered with it for 2G's.....nah!

Another thought came to mind that is kinda :offtopic:



Garmins site has this & I don't know if people are aware of it or not......

If you buy a Garmin Nav unit....you get 1 free map update with like 30 days or so. If you bought one & it ended up having the 2008 map version....goto their site & your able to get the 2009 map version.

Mitsubishi...you get nothing but excuses!




Me thinks that Mitsu is still on B.C for their map versions HA!
