don't feel bad man.. look at my mod list, and i only pulled 1/4 a car on one runnin the same boost as me.. he was pretty much stock, and well... i'm not.. then agian, i beet him with driving.. cars were dead even... but ya, as for the others, stage 2 tells us nothing.... are you talking stage two from a website? a link would help..

all you need to very much so stomp a suburu is a boost cont. about $400-$450 in fuel mods and a contoller and a bigger turbo.. you would be around 300 horse easy.. try that on a sub-ru...

plus you get 10 points for style compared to that box with wheels... lol

And what kind of subaru? an STI? A Legacy GT? a WRX? If its a wrx is it a bug eye?

THere is NO such thing as a stage 2 eclipse, there just isn't. Theres stage 2 clutches, but that doesn't mean anything without knowing the brand, as all are different.

Stock turbo for stock turbo his is biggger regardless of what car he has. SO with both of you running the same boost levels means he's pushing more air.

uhm stage 2?
http://www.dsmtuners.com/sub.php?page=2gtstage2power

if your going by that as "stage 2" you should be around 350-400hp but i doubt you have that or youd take a stage 2 wrx/legacy gts , they only make 300hp at the crank and 350ish tq at stage2 and thats if its the 2.5l versions. If it was a stage 2 STI or Legacy GT Spec B, it should of been pretty close. What mods do you have?

Seriously? If you joking ignore this.

Do you know anything about Subaru? Anything at all? The STI is the equivlent to the EVO. The WRX is the lower end STI smaller engine smaller turbo, smaller everything.

WRX=2.0L high to mid 14 second car
STi=2.5L low 13 to high 12 second car STOCK!
THe legacy GT... ^^Has the same motor. and out runs porsche Boxer S's all day long.

Stop talking in stages. When you say hey I have a stage 2 eclipse you look like an idiot.

You can say I have a BPU eclipse GSX with a act stage 2 clutch.

or I have an EVO with cobb stage2 upgrades.

Or I have a BMW 135i with a dinan stage 2 reflash. Which by the way would be faster then all the above cars.

If you are using "staged upgrades" from DSM tuners then you have an upgraded Turbo?

Tell us what mod you have done to your car.

You want to mod your car in stages.

here:
Stage 1:
Hard intake pipe with K&N filter
Aftermaret BOV
boost controller
Boost gauge
Full 3inch exhaust from the turbo back including down pipe

Stage 2
Everything from here on out it 100% relevant to the power you want to make and the turbo you plan on using.

If you weren't a moron you would actually get help from the people on this site. I know for a fact that pwee has built cars that would make new Z06 owners shit them selves.

I know for a fact I have built HONDAS that will make ferrari 360 owners wonder why they just spend 144,000 on their car. I have built several 11 second DSMs its not hard its not expensive to half ass one and its so easy my 8 year old sister could do it.

This thread is so ridiculous the only reason I am leaving it open is because I honestly want to know what you have done to your "Stage 2" Eclipse GSX.

Alright EMC it's time to calm down a little. He did come off as an @$shole but it's hard for us not to flame him for talking about a "stage 2" eclipse with a level 3 driver which probably made him mad. I don't think he's coming back anyway so let's just let him drive around in his stage whatever eclipse cause he obvisously has no idea what he's talking about or what he's doing.
