It is used, not sure exactly how many miles, check the link and see if it says in there. There is no play and it spins just fine. Not sure about the shipping cost, but I do know that it was about $72 dollars for the guy to ship it to me in Maryland from Tennessee.

Didn't make it to the bank yet. What about the manifold studs, wiring and the air filter? Still needs all that right?

Ok, I just have two more questions. I have never purchased anything online before, so what is the best way to send money? Second, if I were to buy this, why would I be the fourth owner of this turbo kit? Is there something else that im missing? Dont get me wrong, I still want this kit. I just want to know the facts. But if I were to give an offer...I could do $1500 and you cover the shipping???

I just sent the guy I bought it from a couple of money orders, than when he got all the money he shipped it and it came in about 2-3 days. I'm getting rid of it because I'm getting rid of the car it bolts up to. The guy I got it from sold his Talon as well, and the Orignal owner before him, I'm not sure. Turbo housing spins freely and the manifold he painted for me and the FMIC is in pretty good shape, just a few bent fins.
