Dude dont even waste your time and money on the 4g63 non turbo. Your best bet would be to convert it to a GST which requires quite a few parts. If you can manage to find a wrecked junkyard GST you'll have it made...you'll have to buy just about everything under its hood. Theres not to many mods you can do to a non turbo that are worth the money. the GS just isnt fast.

where do you come off saying, not to waste time or money with a gs. Your car is a gs and is supposively turned into a gst with the turbo installed.

To answer your question bud, I would do the basic bolt ons in the links pwee posted. I myself have a 92 GS NA. They are not that fast, but do scoot around town. Im also do the turbo swap for better power on my GS, also this allows myself for more options for my eclipse. If you search up GS parts you get nothing, but GST you get hundreds of options. If money is a issue just do the basic bolt ons and enjoy.

IF you are going TURBO, then here are your options

6 bolt block, crank, rods, head, turbo cams, intake manifold, 7 bolt pistons, 1g N/A TB, 1g SMIC, 1g BOV, 1g turbo, 2g maf, 2g TB elbow (unless using the 1g N/A tb), 2g o2 housing

6 bolt block, head, crank, intake manifold, aren't necessary. Intake manifold and headwork will help tho. The 420a crank and bedplate design has alot of nut to it.You will need a new EXHAUST manifold though. And forged pistons and connecting rods are a must if you plan to go over 8 Lbs. You'll also have to lower your compression ratio, but you can order the pistons to whichever specs. you want. Bigger injectors and an upgraded fuel pump will help take full advantage. And a missing link in your MAP sensor will keep you running right. After that the only thing making us slower than a GST is we don't have all wheel drive. There's potential here alot of people don't see. As for me, I tune cause I like bolting on new stuff and watching my car perform better and better with each new mod. I know I wont have the fastest car at the strip, but I get a kick out of being the underdog. :P

My car is a GS yeah...But im converting to a GST and no its not done yet so its not a turbo. Im swapping out the whole engine and of course the required parts must go in. The GS is worthless unless your just looking for something to save on gas with that gets you from point A to point B.
