i have a 99 eclipse gs and put some skull valve caps on it and they wont come off, ive tried using pliers but nothing seems to work.

Thats because of the two different metals reacting with one another. This happens all the time. If they were on there too long you'll damage the valve stem before they budge. Just go to a tire shop and have them swap out the stems for new ones (shouldn't cost any more than 10$). They won't have to re-balance them if you ask them to brake just the outside bead and slide up the new one. If you like the look of the aftermarket caps just put some grease on the threads before you install them so you won't have this problem agian. Hope this helps.

thanks for your help, im going to go to sullivan tire tommorrow and have them replace the valve stem. thanks again for the quick responce.

took my car there today, cost me $8 for every thing and i threw those metal one out and they just gave me some plastic ones for free, thanks again for your help!
