How would i go about in reasurring that no water gets into my new headlights? Is there a type of seal i can buy or is there something i can do?

Go to home depot or lowes or something and get a weatherproof sealant that you can apply around the edges. That'd be my advice.

Whatever headlights you purchased are already sealed. If you modify them, you'll void whatever warranty the manufacturer has on them - so don't do it.
