Hi guys.

someone had already block the EGR (exhaust recirculation gas system) in
l200 did?
im interested to do this modification but want to know some issues about
over boosting, engine longetivity and turbo setting (l200 turbo vnt)...
did chip (136bhp to 165....) chips works??? or waste of money...?
how many miles or km your ute had now....

The chips do work. There are great ecu and chip packages thru Ralliart , Rallytronic , Motronix and J-EAST . Blocking off the EGR will give codes for solenoid control , and insefficient EGR flow and stuff like that. Unless like in my shop i flash and reprogram ECU's customly and most guys are not running the EGR so i totally disable it in teh ECU programing.

whats about the overboosting issue....the ecu manages that?
what is the normal maximun boost of the turbo in l200 did 2.5 lt?

i kno alot of guys around here with 2.5 and 3.2 DiD boost around 1 BAR. I am mainly petrol tuning but have reflashed DiD ECU's and managment systems to clock boost up to 0.75 BAR . I hear sum guys run a bit high but i am not sure wut they are running.

I can find out exactlly and let yu kno.
