Hello,
I have just found a beautiful 2004 Galant for sale. The potential problem is that it has 103k miles on it. It is very cheap, which is what I need. Can anyone tell me if that is too much? Also how realiable are Galants? I love the look of them but I need a car thats going to last me a while. :liebe011:

I have a Mitsubishi Galant 2004 DE 4 cylinder. I bought also as pre-owned.

in my own opinion and know, mileage can be a factor when buying a car but not always. It depends on how good currently is the car(all parts and body).

Try to get some help when buying a pre-owned from a friend who knows best about car. Some technician whose really good can easily distinguish what is wrong in the car. From sounds, revolution, braking, starting, idling, etc.

Also, try to ask the dealer for parts that needs to be change and history of its maintenance and repair(if they have and provided it). By that way, you can see what's happening before.

Hope this helps!
