If I could just make one suggestion it would be.... spend the extra $50 now so that your headgasket doesn't blow again (and organic stock replacement will) and you run the chance of engine damage. just my 2 cents

hey guys i am back and i just started tearing in to the engine this morning and about to take off the intake manifold, and i was wondering what is the best way to take the two bolts out of the intake manifold stay? i got the bottom one out from under the car but i dont know about the other two. and i was wondering, when i looked ahead in the haynes manual it said i would need a valve spring compressor, do i or not, because i dont have one, and yeah. i dont know what im going to do when i get to that part of the job.

ok well i think i am going to try just lifting up the whole head with out doing anything to the valve springs, but how do i get the timing belt off and back on with out taking out the engine, because all the instructions in the haynes manual assume the engine is out of the car.

You can change the timing belt w/o removing the engine.
