My sunroof leaks and I'm pretty sure the drains are clogged. Only thing is - where are they? I've found them on top, but I don't know where they come out.

Did you check the 4 bolts that hold the sunroof to the track brackets? You can get to them from inside your car. If you hear a rattleing noise comming from over your head every now and then, that could be your problem. They work themselves loose over time and don't seal. That's what was wrong with mine.

As for the drains, I have no idea where they come out.

Yeah it rattles a little. I already have tightened them once, but that was a while ago and I'm not sure but if I'm not mistaken it leaked after that too. But I should probably tighten them up again anyway.

You could always put an air hose up to them and blow them out with some high pressure.... and watch where the crap shoots out!

Had to do this to my rear hatch drains. Nothing says "goodbye pine needles" like 120 psi.

I noticed it was clogged one day when I was washing it. The water just filled up the seam between my hatch and quarter panels and pooled over. Because the drain hole was covered with pine needles. (Lot of pine trees in my drivevay). And alot even got into the hole. This is reeeeaalll bad because it'll rust out if it isn't fixed. Don't know how they managed to get down the hole. Mabe water carried them there. But it shot out the bottom easily with compressed air.
