I have a 1995 Mitsubishi eclipse (5 spd. manual), and I wanted to know if it would be worth it for me to get an intake for it, and if so what I should get.
The problem I am having, is that the car had 166,000 miles on it. I bought it about a month ago, the mechanic said there were not major problems, just a minor oil leak.
Is it worth it to put a air intake on the car?

there is no such thing as an air intake worth getting. All they do is add sound on these little engines. You need a V8 or LARGE V6 to gain power from one.

I swear, I have the same issue too.

My oil has leaked almost since the car was bought. It has been 'fixed' 6 times, and still leaked. I had my dad look it over, he tightened a bolt and it stopped leaking. What the f*** is that!?

Have you forgotten stickers? They're like the cheapest source of horsepower on the market.

However, mine isn't name brand and it only gives me like 5 hp.
