03 montero ltd. - mitsu put foam at the top of the radiator to direct air flow thru the radiator from the front of the truck. After 6 years the foam was turning into powder and really annoying not to mention not doing its job. So I went down to the hardware store, picked up a 2 ft long piece of aluminum sheet metal, cut it to shape, painted it and screwed it into the frame. I use the existing bolts under the intake to secure the left side. Take a look.

I think its cleaner than OEM and not I dont have to deal with annoying foam.
