Hey guys im new here and I need some help choosing some good springs for my 2g RS. I want to lower it 1.5" to 2" inches. I'd like to spend around $150 to $175 and I dont want a crappy ride. I was looking at some Sprint Springs, does anyone know if their good quality.
Thanks for your help :57:

I don't know anything about the Sprint springs, but, something you should be aware of, is that when you lower a vehicle, you are going to get a bit of a rougher ride, no matter what, add that to lower profile tires, and the ride will become even rougher. Also consider the fact, that some struts/shocks don't like being lowered, and will fail sooner than normal if lowered.
I just put Eibach Pro-Kit springs on my 95 GS, with 215/50ZR17 tires, and the ride is noticeably rougher, but will not shake the fillings out of my teeth, of course it smooths out at higher speeds. The Pro-Kit lowers the car about 1.2 inches. The Eibach Sportline springs lower the car about 1.6 inches.
I am not sure how much the kits cost, but I hear around $200 - $250 retail.
Good luck! :57:

Something I just remembered cause of another thresd similar to this one, and correct me if I am wrong guys, but the rears are non-adjustable for alignment. When you lower the car, it will throw the alignment off, and you will need to have it aligned.
You can align the rears, unless you have an aftermarket alignment kit, that you install, that THEN allows for adjustment. Or yu can rig something up somehow I guess.
