Drives: 1992 mitsubishi expo lrv sport
Wont start, fuel pump does not appear to stay on - we've tried several different fuel pumps, one new, tested power at pump showing 3 volts at run postision, 9 volts attempting to start....

Any ideas?

check the fuel pump relay it will be in the fuse box under the hood. it might be faulty.

you could just for the test bypass the relay by removing it and jumping between the supply power and pump out. this will check if it is just the relay or the wiring. good start place to start.
