Not even on teh inside? I really don't know if they do or not I'm just curious.

Aftermarket alarms are usually a selling point so most buyers are told. They also usually have some a fancy fob

One day I was changing out my girlfriends 98 rs's enterer with a gray 95's and when I took the plastic under the steering wheel off I found a viper alarm system and it was hooked up but I can't get it to work right so I just took it out. I told the old owner and she had no clue

Somebody posted a thread like a year ago on here. They had a link to some pretty detailed instructions on how to remove it. The security light would still come on, but it doesn't make any noise or cut the ignition. Everything is removed, I guess the light is controlled by something else.

this is also another problem i am having with my car, glad im not the only one...I also did not know this car i got had an alarm until one day i was at denny's eating with a couple friends and when we left i got in my car unlocked the passenger door with the elec door lock button. My friend opened the door and the alarm went crazy. I popped the hood and pulled off the + battery cable waited a couple seconds then put it back on it was fine for 10 minutes. Got on the highway taking my friends home pull in the driveway and the alarm went off again. Drove to a park nearby ran out and took off the + batt cables on the battery again waited and plugged em back on. It has not happend lately but i make sure im the first one to open a door on the damn car now, lol. Also another thing is the interior lights only come on when passenger side door is open. could the be linked to the alarm problem? If this short problem im having is not fixed with me getting my new alternator later today could it be possible the alarm is shorting somehow? I don't really need an alarm so I might disconnect it all together possibly.

the switch on your door jam is probably malfunctioning. its pretty common.
