Anybody know where to get one, or know how to disable that specific feature?
I would like to put a remote start on my 95 GS 5-speed, but that is the problem, it's a manual. Being in northern Utah, the winters can get pretty damned cold here. Would be nice to get into a warm car in the winter time this year.
I have done some searching on the forum, and online, and can't seem to find anything.

That's kind of what I thought I could do. Here is the question though, where in the hell is that switch??
If it was an automatic, I would know where to look. I have been pooring over my Chilton manual trying to find it's location but no luck. Is it mounted somewhere on the or around the clutch pedal? If so, what do I need to do? Just unplug it, or do I need to bridge it, so that it thinks it is always engaged?

Thanks bro. I appreciate it!
Funny thing is, I might not need it. I found an alarm system with remote start made specifically for manual transmission, so I think I might go with it. BUT, I don't know anything about the company that makes it. Ever hear of Ultra Start before?

No worries. I posted a thread about Ultra Start products in the electronics section, but no luck with a response yet, so I will search the net and see what the genersl concenus is on their stuff.
As for instaling it, I think I am just going to pay somebody to do it, since Ihave this other alarm system in it, and I REALLY don't want to mess around with removing it. Let it be the installers problem. hehe
I can get the model I am looking at for $150, and I figure it can't be any worse than the one I already have in the car.
WOO HOO! I get to be a guniea pig! lol
