do not touch your Cat, if you mess with it and you have an engine related warranty issue, your warranty will be comprimised. if you read the manual it mentions I think in bold writting too, that if you play with your emissions control equipment your warranty is toast. lol or something to that effect.
second, nothing is really gain from changing your cat, espeicially if your car is remaining N/A. Cats are already made to be flow effeicent.
Your exhaust, you will pick up 7 pounds of TQ if you pick up the right one. its a upgrade that you will feel.
pick up an exhaust and CAI and you will feel on top of the world
