Looks nice , The sideskirts look to be like a mold of the VR4 sideskirts like ones i have . My factory sideskirts look near identical , except mine seem to have like an inch and half extra lenght at the bottom on mine. Re yu going to incorporate the lower door moldings that blend the side skirts into the lower portion of the door like GSR/VR4 models?

All and all tho the kit looks pretty cool, altho non USA GSR/VR4 have lower valance points (lower hang , lower body length, or so it seems) But very nice find nun the less

Yeah yu should have those door moldings. yeah i kno wut yur talking about. The area of the frunt bumper , the area on the side where the holes are , or the front lower opening? Yeah i have when sum body kits , the frunt bumper does not blend well, because it is to , well it has openings on the side and it extends to much. Or some areas are opened to large.

To meeh i think the frunt proportions (looking directly at frunt)
And as for guys like myself that are using dual side intercoolers (one at each corner of the frunt bumper) it has perfect air circulation. Altho when yu look on the sides of the frunt bumper , they could have dun without those portions i think. Just made a n ice and sleak side frum top to the bottom. That would have made it twice as nice.

I juss dun like the ports on the side of the frunt bumper. Besides that its great. Yeah yu can pass non moving objects thru it. But it makes for good air circulation.

Yu have adjustable suspension correct? Mine has Adjustable Suspension , "Ride Logic" Yeah if yu let the system go it will ride like crap. Even non adjustable 4WD ride really bad when the shocks and suspension components are worn. There is less ride lenght tolerance on GSR and VR4 models than non AWD models

the GSR is AWD? everywhere ive seen the VR4 is AWD and the GSR is FWD. either way i do have the ECS on my car, and im gonne get lowering springs and new struts put in. fuck that thing anyway shit is busted. im sure its a relay or a connection or something, but id much rather have aftermarket lowering than stock height.

No i am meaning its a diffrent destination. I kno in asian marketed one the GSR was AWD and no Turbo . The GS was FWD but had a Electronic Suspension option as yur GSR

In the US..

Galant GS (90-91?) came w/ the option of ECS
FWD NON-Turbo

Galant GSR (91-92) came w/ ECS standard
FWD NON-Turbo

Galant GS-x AWD NON-Turbo no ECS offered (90-92) 92's were only AUTO

Galant VR4 AWD TURBO no ECS

Once again this is for the US market, other countries may be different.

The Galant GS also had ECS as an OPTION from the factory.

Once again that is for US only. I believe that the Galant VR4 overseas had it as an option, but there has been no confirmation of this.

The body kit looks ok, but I like our GSR body cladding better.

First off, I know the VR4's have an issue w/ rust behind those rocker moulding pieces.
Secondly, a Galant VR4 front bumper or the elusive '93 Galant LS bumper look great.

The only thing I would change about any of the US-spec 89-93 Galant's is the REAR bumper.

JDM version look much better than ours since they have less crash protection, but look a LOT better.

Less crash protection...wut are yu getting at?

Funny that yur VR4's dun have electronic suspension.

As asian models (that i kno of because there is a main Mitsubishi plant in Thailand)
That every 1990-1991 VR4,GSR i have seen has Electronic Adaptive Suspension , with ride logic which made the main hieght adjustable , and1990-1991 GS and 1987-1989 VR4,GSR had ECS

Yeah , thats wut i was talking abouit earlier about the diffrence in the rear bumpers. Its not we have less crash protection...yu make it seem like we dont care about ourselves, but we have a diffrent design rear and frunt impact bar.

I shouldnt say that you have less crash protection. However, I do know that the JDM bumpers do NOT stick out as far as USDM bumpers do off of the Galant.

I know for a fact that there is one less layer between the cars, but that doesnt mean that it's not stronger.

I think a lot of foreign cars in the US have what are the "preferred options".
That means that if it didnt sell very well overseas, US will not see it as an option on the car.

Regardless, thanks for the info from that side of the world. :)

Yeah there are lots fo things taht i do see. I have relatives in Lousiiana and California and Virginia. They do alot of tuning and import parts frum us here.

There are many like yu say preferred options things yu guys get i think or would say as not an option on certain models and as options or standard on models yu guys have. As in the base we have which in Galants of this year was a bottom model is the LS and GS repsectively. GS not having power windows until its last year in 91 (in the asian market 91 was the last year of this model). Altho i have seen 60 percent i say GS have a power moonroof altho have manual windows. To which 80 percent 90 percent GS were manual transmission til 90.5 to which it was about half auto and half manual with power windows. Most LS models had a 1.8 DOCH power windows and optional 2.0 DOCH , no premium suspension option , rear drum brakes. Well it had basically all the power options minus speed sensitive steering , electronic suspension and dual colour or Quad colour select gauges like on the other models. Thus the GS superseeding the LS, and the LS being dropped for the 90.5-91 model year . Basically the GS gained all the LS features like standard power options and audio etc.

Just like the VR4 gained a ceremic turbin turbo for 90.5-91

i have the dual color gauge cluster, ECS, P/S switch (changes from normal to "speed" makes it stiffer) power windows, mirrors, locks, and sun/moon roof...im thinkin i got pretty much the best of everything lol
