Ive never had this problem before. First of all my battery light is on, i did a batt. check and its working fine but still ON. So when im driving, everything is normal but then when i come to slow down and go to Neutral the RPMs steadily declines but it stays at 2.5rpms like its frozen. Then when i come to a stop, like 5 sec later it goes down to normal idle. I dunno whats up da deal. could it be something with electrical? anyone experience this??

Look for corrosion on the bat and alt terminals. Test the voltage off the alternator @ idle.

Btw, a little offtopic, but are you running stock internals on your rs?
