what are the injector sizes? and what are you plans for the fuel pump?. properly done, 16g's can do well into 500HP. but thats with the right supporting mods.

i think the injectors are stock and so is the fuel pump, i wrote down all the upgrades, by supporting mods do you mean forged pistons ? bigger bore ?
By the way my exporter says it's only 350-380 hp

350 or so on stock injectors is about all you'll get.

and supporting mods means
650 injectors
255 fuel pump
tuning (e-manage, or maf translator or SAFC)
exhaust
FMIC

stuff like that. that will put you into 500's on it.

something with less restrictions (high-flow cat or test pipe, gutted pre-cats, etc)

FMIC = front-mount intercooler

so this is what my exporter told me :
use an Apexi Power FC with commander , he said people don't re-wire ecu's in japan
the computer is HKS F-con V pro and they quoted me $800 plus fitting and tuning

as before If i add a 255 or bigger fuel pump and the injectors are 650 or bigger are already installed and the twin mufflers are also upgraded and by upgraded intercooler i mean front mount intercooler will I need to do anything else to make it safe(not blow up/die in the middle of nowhere) ?

i dont think you can rewire our ECUs...

just have it tuned by someone who knows what they're doing and it should be good to go. A good tune is what makes a modified car reliable.

From the way it sounds, this is going to be primarily a street-driven car? make sure to let the tuner know that as well

for just over a grand, you can get a stand alone engine management, from AEM, that will get rid of the afc.

get a boost controller, bigger injectors/fuel pump, a few gauges, and you're fine along with everything else you listed (fmic, exhaust, etc)

I wouldn't go much bigger than 650cc's. general rule of thumb with these cars... 650cc injectors, for 650hp. those are more than adequate for evo3 16g's.

so your saying instead of paying $800 for the AFC i should bring the car here and get someone here to do it? Do you think itwill be cheaper for a 255 fuel pump + the AFC and the tuning etcetc

the pump will cost you about 140. and thats with the appropriate rewire kit (give it more juice.....)

and the AFC you'll have to look up on your own. or you could get onto 3SX's site (3sx.com) and they can hook you up with a way to manage it.
